My subscription for Premium is not working at the moment, always loading.
Your support gave me the family package for a couple of days to overcome the situation until the problem is solved.
The quality of the family subscription is so much better as the premium, so I asked the same person how to switch from Premium to Family, not only because of the quality but also certain channels are more interesting for, like Skykrime. Beside that, most of the channels are in HD but at Premium it is just normal.
He told me that family is not for sale but only for short time like in my cases, the subscription is not working and you will offer that for short time.
Now I see here that you offer that but I can’t see it on the ordering website.
